Did you know that your brain needs breaks between meetings to be productive? According to a study conducted by Microsoft, jumping from meeting to meeting causes your brain to accumulate the stresses of work throughout the day. The solution? A simple ten-minute break between digital calls.

With Double A Labs’ virtual platform, companies can create spaces for work and play to both increase meeting productivity and decrease employee stress. In our phygital worlds, users can jump from a collaborative business meeting room into a lounge full of embedded games, meditation exercises, and self-care essentials with ease. In a study of brain wave activity, researchers found back-to-back virtual meetings are stressful. But the research also points to a simple remedy—short breaks.

Step 1️⃣: Identify which platforms to stream to, based on audience: Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok.

Step 2️⃣: Determine how content should be created: Pre-recorded, live, or mixture.

Step 3️⃣: Identify the best tool for multi-streaming: OBS, VMix, Xsplit, Restream.io, etc.

Step 4️⃣: Review content and test on each platform.

Step 5️⃣: Go LIVE! 🎥 ✨

Per tradition, Double A Labs held its annual Halloween Costume Contest on our platform, complete with a super spooky catwalk for everyone to show off their Halloween looks. 🎃 Amongst this year's contestants were Super Mario, Ghostface, and a Pokémon trainer.
