Stress is a horrible thing.
It eats you from the inside.
It kills every small moment of peace.
You wake up with it.
You go to sleep with it.
Sometimes it sits quietly in the background.
Sometimes it takes over the whole room.
You can be doing really well. Growth, customers, great people around you,
and still feel like something is sitting on your chest.
For some people, running and meditation help.
For others, ci******es and coffee.
But the truth is, it never really goes away.
Stress is part of the journey.
You just learn how to carry it
without letting it destroy you.
