Part 1 of crafting my Pinterest mood board 🌞

After manyyyyy hours of folding, ironing, seam ripping (and repeating), I successfully repurposed a plain white curtain into this beautiful Pojagi curtain. Obsessed with the way this diffuses the light and hope it helps out our AC lol

sewing has been somehow harder and easier than i thought it would be, and i’m super proud of the progress i’ve made.

eternally grateful to Harrison Emery for gifting me my sewing machine for christmas, That’s Sew Austin for teaching me the basics, and Sydney 👋🏼 for guiding me through my first garments. can’t wait to see where i am in another 6 months!

Ok I take back everything I said about foundation paper piecing — this is fun! Made so much progress on this little quilted wall hanging yesterday and can’t wait to bring it through the finish line

Side note: words cannot explain how happy I am that we’ll be trading this awful carpet for actual hard wood floors in our new rental 😭🙌
