Last month, we hosted our first Investor Dinner in North Carolina, bringing together private investors, family offices, and institutional investors for an evening focused on the future of the Research Triangle.

The discussion featured Radius Development Group, who shared how they're creating value through land entitlement by identifying underutilized industrial land, rezoning it for higher-value uses, and partnering with developers across the region.

Earlier in the evening, attendees also heard remarks from Janet Cowell, Mayor of Raleigh, on the continued growth and momentum of the Triangle.

One of the things we enjoy most about hosting Investor Dinners is bringing together local investors around the industries and opportunities shaping their region. Every city has its own strengths, and North Carolina's collaborative investment community made this an especially memorable evening.
