One of us holds the vision.
One makes sure the technology can be built, trusted, and scaled.
One brings the right providers through the door.
One makes sure they are supported once they arrive.
One builds the pathway from care delivered to clean claims and payment.
And one makes sure everything we commit to actually gets done.

Different responsibilities. One shared calling:
To help providers who care for people in our communities and homes get credentialed, bill insurance, and get paid.

We are building Swishvo because too many providers have been expected to deliver essential care while navigating a reimbursement system that was never designed with them in mind.

They deserve more than encouragement.
They deserve infrastructure.
They deserve a team that understands the stakes and is willing to do the hard, detailed, often invisible work required to help them get paid.

Meet Sejal Brownlee, Chief of Staff at Swishvo.

You know that thing everybody agreed to in the meeting?
Yeah. Sejal remembers.

As Chief of Staff, Sejal owns the operating rhythm behind Swishvo. Connecting teams, tracking commitments, coordinating priorities, supporting hiring and company operations, and making sure great conversations eventually turn into completed work.

Her favorite questions include:
“Who's owning that?”
“When is it due?”
“And what exactly are we waiting on?”

Because an idea without an owner and a date is just something we talked about.

Meet Tamesia Adun, Head of Revenue Integrity at Swishvo.

You provided the care. You documented the care.

Now somebody needs to make sure that care can actually translate into a clean claim and our favorite part…money.

Enter Tamesia.

She leads the revenue integrity side of Swishvo: billing readiness, coding and modifier guidance, payer billing requirements, clean-claim processes, denials, reimbursement issues, and all the complicated insurance things the rest of us would rather not pretend we understand.

Her job isn’t simply “billing.”

It’s making sure the revenue pathway makes sense from beginning to end—from the documentation that supports the care, to how that care is coded and billed, to what happens after the claim reaches the payer.

Because getting a claim submitted isn’t the finish line. It still has to be processed correctly, paid appropriately, and ultimately resolved.

In the simplest terms: care was delivered → somebody has to pay for it.

Whether that payment comes from the payer or the patient, Tamesia helps make sure everything in between is done right.

Actually knowing what you're doing once you get here?
That's where Marisa comes in.

Marisa owns the provider journey from paid → activated → retained. She leads provider onboarding, training, education, Healer Hours, and the work that helps providers move from simply having an account to actually getting value from it.

She's also keeping an eye on the providers who may be stuck, confused, frustrated, or quietly thinking about leaving.

Because “they logged in” is not our definition of success.

John Wayne leads the growth engine behind Swishvo from marketing, ads, website strategy and content to nurturing providers from “I've heard of Swishvo” to “Okay, where do I sign up?”

Because around here, we love followers, clicks and signups…
…but we also enjoy customers.

You became a lactation professional because you know how to listen, assess, educate, reassure, and help families through one of their most vulnerable seasons.

You should not also have to become an expert in payer enrollment, benefit rules, documentation requirements, coding, claims, denials, and reimbursement just to be paid for that work.

But that is what our healthcare system currently asks independent providers to do.

The problem is not that lactation professionals need to work harder.
The problem is that the infrastructure was not built with them in mind.
Swishvo is helping change that.
