📢 We're Hiring: Integration Specialist
📍 Montgomery or Atmore, Alabama (within 45-minute commute preferred)
🔧 Position Summary:
Semoice Technology is seeking a motivated and qualified Integration Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in the field. This role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems including:
• Access control
• Video surveillance
• Intrusion alarms
• Audiovisual systems
• Other IT systems as required
The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, and is passionate about technology integration.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Install, program, and test access control, CCTV, intrusion, AV, and networking systems
• Install racks, servers, and other data center equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues both on-site and remotely
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Run, terminate, and label low-voltage and fiber optic cabling
• Perform system commissioning, checks, and end-user training
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and trades on-site
• Maintain detailed documentation and service records
• Provide regular project/service updates to customers
• Update software platforms with real-time job status
• Track time accurately for billing/reporting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Associate’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field – Preferred
✅ Relevant technical certifications – Preferred
Examples: NICET, Fiber Optics, CompTIA (A+, Net+, Security+), Axis, Genetec, Hanwha, etc.
✅ 1–3 years experience in access control, CCTV, alarms, AV – Required
✅ Familiarity with systems like Genetec, Lenel, Axis, Exacq, Bosch, Hanwha – Required
✅ Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
✅ Strong communication and documentation skills
✅ Must be self-motivated and team-oriented
✅ Valid driver's license with clean driving record
✅ Must pass a background check
✅ Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends/holidays (on-call)
