Good morning everyone. Reviewing some news articles today and we saw that the Military may be doing some training this week all across the South East. There's a report that GPS may be taken down or may have intermittent issues. If you're geographically impaired and rely on a GPS, make sure to print out those directions so you know how to get to your destinations.

GPS reception may be unavailable or unreliable over a large portion of the southeastern states and the Caribbean during offshore military exercises scheduled between January 16 and 24.

We understand that security can be inconvenient. Passwords, fingerprints, and even facial recognition are just a few ways you can insure your data is secure. If you use Venmo, make sure you review your security settings.

Police departments and colleges have sent out warnings in several U.S. cities, warning Venmo users about a security oversight that could cost them a lot of money in just a few seconds.

Have you thought about making some of your standard lights a little smarter? We just hooked up a church's track lights because an electrican wanted $3000 to move some light switches 40 feet. We installed some Sonoff switches at each light (between the switch and light) and they are now able to controll them using wifi from their soundbooth.

Are you tired of cable boxes, vcr's, dvd players, media boxes etc cluttering up your shelves under or near your TV? But you can't move or hide them becuse the remotes wont work? Consider getting an IR Repeater. You can put all of your media devices into a cabinet, connect a repeater with 1 wire to your TV that will work with your remote to run them.

There are new viruses and malware created every day to actively and passively attack our computers and smart phones. Identity theft is one of the most common reasons. Remember, the first line of defense other than not going to untrusted websites or downloading untrusted software or apps is you antivirus software. Keep it updated.
