š¢ After nearly 20 years, Debbie and I are beginning a new chapter.
Iām proud to share that Observable Care, LLC has acquired the technology advisory and solutions business of J&D Consulting. J&D has been an important part of our lives for nearly two decades.
Together, Debbie and I built a business around relationships, trust, education, and helping clients make better technology decisions.
Over the years, J&D became far more than we ever imagined. We built long-standing client relationships, formed lifelong friendships, developed trusted partnerships across the technology community, and created a successful business centered on work we genuinely believed in.
As we looked toward the future, we saw an opportunity to take the foundation we built and make it part of something even larger. Observable Care brings broader leadership, additional resources, new capabilities, and a focused vision for serving healthcare organizations at the intersection of technology, operations, people, and patient care.
As part of the acquisition, I will remain actively engaged as President of Technology Services at Observable Care, helping transition our client and provider relationships, build the Technology Services organization, and carry forward the values and experience that shaped J&D.
