The information technology industry is incredibly competitive. Many people are open to positions in any state and still others are foreigners attempting to secure employment in the United States. Unfortunately, the popular, general employment search engines are of very little help. Both employers and job seekers have a mountain of unrelated information to sort through with minimal search parameter assistance. For example, if you enter Java into such a site, you may get programming jobs or you may get coffee shop positions. ITJobCafe offers a much better way for employers and IT professionals to connect. Our IT job listings allow job seekers to narrow the search in a number of ways. You have the option, for example, to search for positions by keyword or by state. You can also look for positions by job type, such as full time or contract. This makes it easy for those seeking entry level IT jobs to concentrate on contract or contract to hire positions that will help them gain valuable experience. For foreigner IT professionals, we allow you to narrow your search by required work authorizations. This will allow you to concentrate on the employers willing to help you with H1 programs or those who will be able to offer you a position even though you have an EAD or student work visa. If you are an employer, there is no better way to fill vacant programming or computer networking jobs than ITJobCafe. Our resume bank is teeming with qualified personnel. You can search the available professionals or post your position and let applicants come to you. Whether a job seeker or employer, take a moment to browse or site and learn more about our services, such as technology news, blogs and the IT Cafe forum for IT professionals. Examine our easy to use interface and see why ITJobCafe is your best chance to make the IT employment connection.
