Everything you want from a premium Texas bourbon. Seems like they never miss from their grain-to-glass approach with local Texas grains to that perfect aging in the Hill Country heat. Quality you can taste. Hit Terry Black’s BBQ after and it did NOT dissapoint. A must try.

SLB Barrel Pick at Dettling was fantastic! Very cool that that Dettling holds the distinction of being the first legal bourbon producer in Alabama since Prohibition.
Great southern vibes and Seth is extremely attentive to every detail in his process. It is impressive, and it shows up big time in the quality of his products. Always great to meet and spend time with genuinely good people with a passion for bourbon.

Huge congrats to our man Rod for winning last month's OnlyDrams giveaway. The stunning Weller Millennium!
Our owners Trenton and Collin Armold personally flew out and delivered it straight to him at the beautiful Hop Meadow Country Club. Rod is one of the nicest guys you'll meet and runs an abolute gem of a private course. Incredible conditions, a fantastic chef in the kitchen, and just an all around stunning property.
Rod, you deserve it brother! Thanks for being such a great part of the community and for the warm welcome at The Hop.
