My friend Elle Overholt | Career Strategist always says that people hire people & that couldn’t be more true right now.

Your business is too valuable to be outsourcing the photos to AI.

People will not buy from you because you typed in “make this photo of me in a suit and a beautiful office so I look more credible and professional.”

They will buy from you because you share your real face, your real ideas, and your real personality.

I’m not saying to be unprofessional.

You can get your hair & makeup done, wear beautiful clothes, & be in a beautiful studio & still feel like YOU.

I promise people can tell the photos are made with AI. They may not say it to you, but it’s exactly why they’re landing on your page & bouncing off before they ever take a step.

I had a potential client find me from Instagram again today 👀 Not from an ad, just from searching “headshots Atlanta” and finding my page.

It was a great reminder that the more you stay with something, the more you see it pay off.

Ashley Brock | Paid Ads Coach taught me about having a marketing machine & that is *exactly* what I’m seeing work for me now, about 18 months into doing this full time.

I’ve been consistently posting, using hashtags, sharing more reels, running ads… I’m not sure which domino fell that led to this client finding me but I’m so grateful it did!

You can blame “the algorithm” or you can just focus on the right inputs over & over again and watch what happens. 👀
