The single best thing at dreamhack was meeting Karen Williams And her game urchins & ink. An unique and fun game that teaches you to speak Japanese. She developed the game herself. Which is so awesome. You can get the game on Steam So please go support the game is also coming to mobile soon. Please go and follow her. Listen we need more black game developers and game development is so hard so when you see black people show up you need to support we make up less then 4% of all game developers we need to change that

With all the energy and excitement of the recent election and the , I’m taking a moment to reflect on how gratifying it is to have built tools that help get voters to the polls. When built the mobile app I had no idea the impact it would have. Very thankful for that opportunity.

So keeping that in mind it’s a big part of our culture. We work very hard sometimes behind the scenes, to ensure our client’s success.

Look at that face!!! This is such a great example of when are you keep believing in someone and don’t quit at the first bump in the road I have been mentoring my developer Dex for almost 2 years and there have been times when I question his resolve to be a developer but I never gave up as long as he showed up I showed up I had the opportunity to point him in the direction of a Boot Camp and not only did he complete the Boot Camp he surpassed all of my expectations and of course as soon as he was done I gave him an opportunity to use what he learned and again I wondered what type of developer he would be I didn’t realize that he was meant to be a game developer but if you look at this picture you can clearly see that is the case. This is a great example of keep digging deep and pouring it into people until you find that thing that motivates themselves. So if you need a game developed please consider
