We are IN NEED of Scrum Master - a Junior or one with zero experience as Scrum Master (SAFe Certifications or other Scrum related certs are ideal to have - not mandatory). Top notch communication skills (not just talking but also the one with a keen ear).
Prior Business Analysis skills with retail companies - ideally - e-Commerce applications. (Coming Back to Work - absolutely fine).
Understanding of n-tier applications - On-premise and Cloud
Not camera shy - Most meetings need the video to be on.
Good understanding of IT Landscape - like who does what in SDLC.
Familiarity with Jira board is desirable !
Kanban vs Scrum understanding is desirable !

This is to work as SCM for the new team that will be stood up from this upcoming 4th PI planning on 23rd and 24th of May - Infrastructure and Support Services" for a customer of ours to who we started doing end-to-end SAFe Agile Transformations last January (2021). We do have other Scrum Masters and Program Managers to guide the incumbent. And in this account, Scrum Master predominantly will be interacting with iQuadra Technical folks (Complete Production Support is from iQuadra)
Since it is part of the large SOW (Agile transformation, Strategic Consulting and Development, Quality Engineering, Support Services), cannot and do not want to come up with hourly rates. It is a full-time role with iQuadra and a natural progression path will be told upfront and guidance/cross-training will be provided. Will be part of the bigger scheme of things for future SMB Customers like this customer.
