At the ERG Summit, Ally Legend Siegel, SVP & Chief Equality and Engagement Officer at Salesforce, offered a masterclass in balancing employee opportunity with business impact.

Salesforce has built one of the most robust Employee Resource Group (ERG) ecosystems in the industry — over 50,000 employees engaged globally. And it’s not just participation for participation’s sake. The data shows: employees active in ERGs are more engaged, more retained, and more prepared to lead.
