4 Second Football We help quarterbacks to play and think faster with revolutionary technology

I want to know what yall think. Is 7v7 overrated if the trenches not putting in the same work?

I’m seeing a lot of discrepancy between 7V7 success in the pre season and 11v11 results during the season.

In a recent brawl between two high school teams, right before the fight started I heard “Go back to 7 on 7”.

Let me know what you think?

What is being taught now days? I want to hear from you…

Is it route progression or reading coverage. Listen to what Kirk Cousins say they are doing at the highest level… the NFL!!!

How are you currently adjusting to the new way the game is being taught and played? Quarterbacks have to process faster in today’s game. How are you implementing a clock inside of your head?

How are you perfecting your rhythm and timing? Let me know in the comments.

Playing fasting and quick processing speed for quarterbacks is now a developed skillset and competitive advantage.

The difference in the Falcons offense in one week was a confident and fast processing quarterback.

Michael Penix had no sacks and never held the ball over 4 seconds and averaged a throw time of 2.27 seconds meaning he was getting rid of it quick and hitting his receivers in stride. This is rhythm and timing translating to in-game production. All QBs and teams can achieve this type of success now.

Byrum Brown is taking longer to throw than any other starter in the SEC, according to PFF.

They’re tracking snap to pass on game day. Are you tracking it in practice? ⏱️🏈

When commentators point out a 2.3-second release—or a QB holding the ball longer than anyone else in the SEC—they’re talking about a skill you can train.

That’s why we created 4 Second Football: to measure time to throw during real reps and help QBs build a better internal clock.

If it matters on Saturday, it should matter in practice.

NFL defenses keep getting faster.

One way QBs fight back? Get the ball out before the pressure can get there. ⏱️

That’s why Time to Throw isn’t just another stat. It’s a skill.

With 4 Second Football, QBs are able to develop that internal clock so they can play faster, make decisions faster, and get the football out on time. Coaches also can evaluate how they call plays.

🏈 What do you think is the best way to beat a fast pass rush?
