Cart abandonment isn't always a marketing problem.

Sometimes, people are ready to buy, but your checkout experience gives them a reason to stop.

Think about your checkout from the buyer's perspective:

- Are there surprise costs?
- Are there too many steps?
- Is it obvious what they need to do next?
- Does the checkout work smoothly on mobile?
- What happens if their payment fails?

Even small points of friction can turn a ready-to-buy customer into a lost sale.

And you don't always need more traffic, ads, or SEO to improve your sales. Sometimes, you need to make it easier for the people already on your site to finish the purchase.
