Employee Spotlight: Ruth

This month, we're proud to recognize Ruth, our Help Desk Manager, who has been a valued member of the Bizco Technologies team for more than nine years.

Ruth has played an instrumental role in the growth of our Help Desk, helping transform it from a small team into the structured, scalable, and customer-focused support organization it is today. Through her leadership, dedication, and passion for helping others succeed, she's made a lasting impact on both our customers and our team.

Get to know Ruth a little better:
🔹 Fun Fact: Before attending college, Ruth went to culinary school in California. While she spends her days solving technology challenges, she also loves creating great meals for family and friends.

🔹 Outside of Work: You'll often find Ruth flying kites, kayaking, grilling outdoors, or spending quality time with her family. Being outside is her favorite way to recharge.

🔹 Favorite Part of Bizco: "It's the people. Bizco truly feels like family. I've built meaningful relationships with both coworkers and customers, and knowing that we genuinely care about one another is what has made Bizco such a rewarding place to work."

🔹 Proudest Accomplishment: "When I started at Bizco, our help desk was a small team with only a handful of people and very little structure. Thanks to the trust and support of leaders like Brad Osborn, we were able to build and implement a more organized support model that includes structured training, tiered support, team leads, and technical leadership. While there have been many projects I'm proud of, helping build a disciplined, scalable, and customer-focused help desk from the ground up is the accomplishment that means the most to me."
