In light of today being "Get to Know Your Customers Day," we're taking a moment to reflect on our customer relations.
At the end of the day, we sell trust, and intimacy is the foundation upon which that trust is built and maintained. We strive to reach a level of intimacy with our customers that goes beyond merely being a trusted partner.
When we engage in a relationship with a client, we try to build a deep and abiding connection between our two organizations that aligns values and practices to produce a greater whole than either of our separate parts could ever be.
