Our mission is to improve the lives of our customers and communities. Why the change? We are more than telephone.

Beginning August 10, 2015 Randolph Telephone Membership Corporation began operating as Randolph Communications. When Randolph Telephone Membership Corporation was formed on May 13, 1954, its purpose was to bring telephone service to the rural communities when larger companies would not invest. It was on June 1, 1957, that the first telephone call was placed to Raleigh, NC from the Grange Hall in Farmer, NC. Today, Randolph Communications serves eight different exchanges in eight different counties in the central, rural communities of North Carolina that include Alamance, Chatham, Davidson, Guilford, Lee, Montgomery, Moore and Randolph. What started over 66 years ago has evolved into a communications company offering not just traditional phone service, but other highly demanded services such as High-Speed Internet with GIG capable speeds, Home Security, Wireless, Camera Surveillance, Computer Services, Business Networking, and most importantly fiber to the home. While the services and name may have changed the way we do business has not. We take pride in bringing top of the line customer service and the best technology available to our customers. 🚨 SPAM ALERT!

Randolph Communications has identified a suspicious email with the subject line “Email Delivery Update” claiming that messages are pending due to an email synchronization issue.

The email includes a “Run Sync Check” button that directs recipients to an unfamiliar website. Although the message may look like a routine system notification, its suspicious sender address and misleading link are major red flags.

🛑 Here's what to do:
✅ Do not click the link.
✅ Do not enter your email password or other login information.
✅ Delete the message.
✅ If you clicked the link or entered your credentials, contact your IT department immediately.

Remember: Scammers often impersonate trusted organizations to make fraudulent emails appear legitimate. When in doubt, verify the message through a trusted channel before taking action.
