Do you use lithium ion batteries? If you own rechargeable electronics, you do! Improper storage and disposal of these batteries can pose a serious fire risk in homes, garbage trucks, and landfills. Early reports are coming in. Looks like the popular educational platform Canvas has been hit with Ransomware. Although some sources believe this may not be the case and that it's a ploy to steal your credentials. If you have tried to log in since the trouble started, you may want to change any passwords that match your Canvas password.

A ransomware group has claimed to have breached the learning management system Canvas, possibly exposing millions of personal information of students, teachers and staff across the country.
