🌀Driving Smarter IT Acquisitions at FDA: Enabling Mission Through Strategic Procurement and Innovation
DRT Strategies was proud to sponsor government and industry leaders for the American Council for Technology–Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) and ICF Breakfast Series on U.S. Food and Drug Administration Acquisition last Friday, August 14, 2026 at the ICF Headquarters in Reston, Virginia.
DRT’s Chief Delivery Officer, Kathy Taylor, proudly introduced event speakers Danea Gaines, HHS Acquisition Project Manager, Leonard Grant, Director HHS Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services, and Quentin McCoy, HHS Executive Director. The esteemed panel conducted an informative discussion on how strategic IT acquisition can accelerate mission delivery, drive enterprise efficiency, and enable innovation across the FDA, while also sharing firsthand perspectives on how the agency is evolving its acquisition strategies to better align technology investments with mission needs in a rapidly changing technology environment.
