How often do you share this message with your kids? At we're all about building stronger connections 🤝🏻 with our kids and helping them grow🌱.

Without a solid foundation of self-esteem and self-worth it's hard to grow. Our kids often seek our approval and need to be loved unconditionally 💕. So be intentional about what you're saying to them and make sure you're filling their cups with messages that helps their self-esteem flourish 🌷.

This season is a time of joy, but not everyone feels that same joy from all the holiday happenings. Thinking of those littles (and parents!) who are facing mental health issues - this can be an anxiety triggering time. Pay attention to those around you, maybe it means slowing down or saying no to a party, taking a few minutes for a check in or leaving a motivational note for a loved one.. whichever is the best fit try spreading some smiles for those who need one 😊.

It's December 1st... We're ready for the cookies 😀!! Our family loves spending time together baking Christmas cookies and packing up little gift tins. It's so fun to let them get creative with the decorations and pick out which kinds we bake. If you have little ones like me, you probably feel inclined to put a disclaimer in each tin that the indents in each cookie are from my little elves who insist on trying alllll the frosting including those already on the cookies 🤦‍♀️.

Do you have a morning routine? There are a million things to do every morning especially a school morning, but these are the habits I try to stick with every morning to make sure I'm in the right mindset to take on the day!

Movement and Water💧🏋️‍♀️: Working out is a priority I set daily even if it's just 15 min. and I notice the difference if I start with water before my daily coffee, especially as I get older.

Prioritize and reframe🧘‍♀️✔️: Allow your mind some time to wander through everything you're dreading that day and ask yourself why you're dreading it and what you can do to make it more enjoyable, ask for help or reframe your mindset towards it. Once you've removed as many stressors as you can prioritize 3 or fewer tasks you need to get through today. Be realistic with your time and don't list more than 3 -- remember this is not your never ending to do list, these are priorities that feed your short or long term goals.

Hug Your Kids💕🤱: This is such a great habit to start filling their cup and yours right when they wake up. Hugs are incredibly impactful for kids' mental health (more on this later) so why not start piling them on right away in the morning 😊.
