History:
On May 31st, 1973 Arcadia Fastprint first opened their doors to the public in Arcadia California. On July 1st, 1994, it was purchased by Angela Wood. With the help of her husband Don, and his 20 plus (now 30 plus) years printing experience, it was converted from a small quick print operation into a more versatile, and more commercial type of offset printing business. They gave up their personal copy business to the Kinko's of the world, and concentrated on performing their services for the local, and not so local business community. They added equipment (see list below) and abilities over the years, and have become pretty much the operation they wanted. One of the niches that seemed to choose Arcadia Fastprint was the medical professionals of the area, and that's why they involved themselves with the new California prescription production.
They believe in a quality product at a reasonable price.
They understand that there are times that customers need special requirements met.
And above all else they understand that they may not be able to help everyone, but they refuse to hurt anyone.

The above statement means that we are one of the printers that met all of the requirements to become a state authorized manufacturer/printer of prescription forms for schedule 2 - 5 drugs. Since we started producing these forms, we've seen examples of forms that couldn't have possibly been made by an approved source. I guess what I'm saying is, any medical professional purchasing these scripts from anyone not on the approved list is in violation of the code, and could very likely suffer the consequences. You don't have to buy from us, but you do have to use an authorized printer. If you do decide to purchase scripts from us, please realize that all the rules are always in effect. We won't print a form that's not approved by the Department Of Justice, and The Board Of Pharmacy (don't ask). We do require a legible copy of a DEA Certificate every time (don't get upset, it's the law - we follow it, and so do our customers).

Full pre-press operation including typesetting, darkroom, and metal plate production (for highest quality and reprint cost effectiveness).
Ryobi offset printing equipment with many alterations to handle the special requirements of customers. Alterations/repairs by Dale Bunch Graphic Repair - (626) 823-7440 http://www.dbgr.arcadiafastprint.com/ (A good name to know if you use Ryobi equipment).
Bindery and post printing operation include, numbering equipment (Rollem Auto 5), folders, stitching, precision cutting, drilling, shrink wrapping, and packaging operation.
Full blueprint copying operation (except for CAD).
