It turns out I have been handed a couple of Apple MacBook issues this week that I couldn't solve so I enlisted the services of a Mac tech that I trust.
It turns out that the latest IOS update trashed Microsoft Office activation. One of my clients is now going to use Pages and Numbers instead of Work and Excel.
