Job requirements:
Valid DL
Ability to lift in excess of 75lbs
Detail oriented

Must be able to Pass a Drug Screen
Willing and able to follow instructions

This position on our inside plant team will be installing equipment, fiber, DC power, grounding, coax terminations and much more.

Wes-Tec is looking for experienced Top Hands in the Georgia / Alabama market. Individuals need to be a dedicated team member who can commit to our corporate values of quality, reliability, innovation and teamwork. Experience with VZW specific Installations is preferred but not required.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

• Good Physical Condition and Stamina
• Ability to climb and rig towers, mount antennas, and run cabling from heights ranging from 40' - 600'
• Ability to Lift 75+lbs

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Mount Swaps and Mount Mods preferred and the ability to complete them Safely and Efficiently
• Stack experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read, comprehend site drawings and carry out instructions
• Experience in wireless LTE/AWS/PCS 4G and 5G Builds
• Experience in the installation of hybrid and coaxial cable, AIR antennas, Raycaps, and fiber
• Experience installing OVP units
• Comprehension of closeout procedures
• Experience in PIM, Sweep and OTDR Fiber testing and troubleshooting

Applicants are required to:
• Possess a valid drivers license clear of DUI's and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Ability to travel as needed for up to 2 weeks at a time
