For 35 years, Starry has successfully managed and supported large, performance-based contracts for the Federal Government, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Program Support Center (PSC), Indian Health Services (IHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Homeland Security, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). Our IT consultants provide expertise across all stages of the SDLC to create the precise solution clients require, from definition to implementation. Starry is appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®).
