While students do get to work with their friends, they are assured their own computer or other equipment so that all students get hands on experience. The classes are designed to be fun and engaging - students won’t even realize they are learning indispensable skills that will set them apart from their peers in our technology driven society. We are constantly developing new classes based on trends
and feedback. Classes currently being offered thru Clinton Township Summer Rec include:
Minecraft Mods: Do you love Minecraft? Do you want to make your own Mods? In this class you will do just that, learning the basics of Java programming while you are at it! Just bring your love of Minecraft, and we will do the rest. Fashion Technology:Calling all creative minds! In this class we will tinker with electronics, circuit boards, crafts & sewing as we create unique pieces of jewelry and fashion. Intro to Video Game Creation and Digital Storytelling :This class is for young students who like to create things on the computer and who love technology. Campers will get an intro to computer programming at a level they can understand, so they can can express their own creativity in a digital medium.
