This is a semi-technical role that works with client to coordinate interactions. The individual in this role serves as the point person for Arbormoon in all communications with a particular client.
Engagement Manager Requirements:
-Meeting Agendas
-Meeting Notes
-Documenting agreed deliverables
-Client/Team communication
-Tracking outstanding items
-Tracking QA concerns
-Creating new issues from client in gitlab
-Identifying and raising client concerns with the team
-Developing checklists for QA, anticipating client questions
-reviewing QA checklists from a user standpoint
-communicate updates to management
-coordinating questions about project scope
-leads client meetings
-product quality
Optional Qualifications

Michigan Friends. The state has an official COVID-19 exposure notification app. This app uses technology developed by Apple and Google to protect privacy. It doesn’t use location information.
