October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and we're spending it on the thing that still gets people: the message that looks legitimate.

AI didn't invent phishing. It just made the previously obvious phish look real. The clues we all learned to spot - the typos, the odd formatting, the too-good offer - are mostly gone.

So the defense can't rely on catching them anymore. It has to verify what the eye can't.
