How VIRA Insight turned scattered data into trusted, conversational insight with Snowflake

VIRA Insight designs, engineers, manufactures and installs retail environments, fixtures and displays. Its business ran on Salesforce, Epicor, SharePoint, SQL Server and custom APIs, each holding part of the picture. Building a single view meant spreadsheet exports, manual reconciliation, and departments working from conflicting versions of the same metrics.

NorthBay built VIRA a governed enterprise data foundation on Snowflake:
🔹 Automated ingestion with Snowflake OpenFlow
🔹 dbt transformations across Bronze, Silver and Gold layers
🔹 A Cortex Analyst semantic layer that aligns KPI definitions across teams
