Hello everyone,
We know between weather, PSPS events and wildfires, infrastructure in California can face some exceptional challenges. To those ends we are happy to announce a few updates that will help us provide better customer service. We recently put into place a notification system that we will use to preemptively announce any planned network maintenance via Email. We will also be using the system to send out information during major network outages to keep all effected people informed. Additionally of these notifications will be mirrored on our page and our phone system for those of you that prefer to get updates that way.
