What Weโre Looking For:
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Experience with PrimusGFS Farms, GlobalG.A.P., SENASICA, FSMA/FDA compliance - Familiarity with Organic certification, SMETA social audits, and traceability systems.
-Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken & written)
Organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable leading client-facing work
Able to travel to farms and cold storage facilities across Mexico as needed

Language: English (required) What You'll Do: Lead farm food safety & certification programs, such as PrimusGFS, GlobalG.A.P., and USDA Organic.
Guide clients through audit prep, document control, SOP development, and corrective actions through our digital platforms.
Oversee pesticide compliance, SENASICA, USA MRLs, and FSMA standards for fresh produce.
Manage client relationships and provide tailored support to growers and field operations.
Conduct farm-level risk assessments, inspections, and training.
Coordinate traceability systems, GAP documentation, and farm compliance logs.
Ensure full compliance with social responsibility, organic, and export/import regulations.
