We are hiring for Inbound Customer Service reps who will be taking calls for a leading outdoor company supporting all types of hunting products including game calls, deer feeders, trail cameras and more! -Starting pay is $9/hr + commissions
-Full Time
-Schedule is Mon – Fri, 7am to 4pm.
You must have strong interpersonal skills and take personal responsibility for your work. Relating to customers is a must! Even if you don’t have a passion for the outdoors, this position may still be a perfect fit for you, as it’s a riot listening to customers' stories while providing amazing customer service on an enjoyable campaign. ROI Solutions is a rapidly growing customer contact center located in Lindon specializing in lead generation and customer service.
**Requirements**
• Punctuality is a must.
• Experience up-selling other products on a Customer Service call
• Good phone skills and strong work ethic.
• Responsible and dependable individuals.
• Background check will be performed upon hire.
• Call center experience a plus.
