11 years ago, Oscar and I made a decision that most IT providers thought was risky.
We made month-to-month contracts the standard โ not a special ask, not a concession. The default.
The reason was simple: if we were building something worth staying for, we'd never need a contract to keep a client.
We still believe that. Our longest relationships prove it.
