We are pleased to announce the merger of Applied Computer Systems, Inc with NetSupport Inc, a highly trusted and respected educational and corporate software developer. NetSupport boasts over 35 years of development expertise and over 21 million worldwide users of their software packages. With this merger, we look forward to continuing to work for you and providing the software you have grown to know and love. Rest assured you will be provided with the same level of assistance and support you are accustomed to.

For current customers, what does this mean? You will see very little change relative to your software support. All existing maintenance/support contracts and subscriptions will be honored by NetSupport; you will not lose the benefits you currently have, nor will your existing contracts be discontinued.

Below is a list of ACS solutions and their counterparts at NetSupport. Aside from the brands, names and colors, the features and functions of these products are exactly the same. For example, if you currently own a SoftLINK license, you still have full access to it. In the near future, your SoftLINK upgrade will be renamed NetSupport School.

• DNA → NetSupport DNA
• Manager → NetSupport Manager
• Notify → NetSupport Notify

The entire Applied Computer Systems team is very excited about joining the great people at NetSupport. Combining our 53 years of experience with NetSupport’s 35 years, we will form an even larger and stronger team, providing you access to even more expertise and knowledge!

The NetSupport team will be reaching out to you in the coming weeks. We expect a smooth transition and will provide you with any additional information or resources you may need. You can continue to do business as normal with Applied Computer Systems, Inc through August 31, 2024. After this date, business will continue exclusively through NetSupport Inc.
