“I had an issue with my laptop of nearly 3 years where it suddenly burnt out with an unfixable issue. I am a business owner, so l have to have a laptop for work all the time & I also was given a time crunch of no later than a couple of
days to find it’s replacement. Zo was able to quickly find a replacement PC similar to my previous and helped me obtain the computer even on a PC EMT’s off day of a Sunday. Zo really went above and beyond and helped out even as a new customer. I will be recommending this business moving forward to anyone in a similar situation as me & I am very

I have been working with PC EMT ever since they have opened here in Alpharetta and they are absolutely the best...They take the time to care about what your problems are and are fast and efficient in diagnosing and fixing your problems. “I can’t thank Dr. Zo and Riley enough for their incredible help! I brought in a MacBook Pro with liquid damage that had stopped working properly, and I was feeling pretty stressed. But thanks to Dr. Zo and Riley, my MacBook Pro is back to normal! I truly appreciate Dr. Zo’s transparency and communication throughout the process, keeping me informed and in the loop every step of the way. It was also great to meet Riley, the technician who worked on my laptop. Both Dr. Zo and Riley were not only professional but also extremely friendly and willing to answer all my questions in the fullest detail. I even learned that Dr. Zo has 9 older sisters! 😂When I came to pick up my laptop, Dr. Zo let me take the time to to test it and make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. Amazing service! Very impressed with how I was treated from the moment I walked in the door. A cracked phone screen is a simple repair but requires professionals who know exactly what they are doing and what it means for your phone functioning and warranty. Everything was explained thoroughly and my phone was repaired in under an hour. Highly recommend. I hope I don’t need their services again but if I do, I’ll be happy to go back to these guys. Very grateful!
