Copy it from the email. Paste it into the spreadsheet. Enter it again somewhere else.

If that sounds like a normal part of your workday, it’s worth looking at the process.

The Pack works on custom software, web and mobile development, and cloud tools for businesses. Start by telling us where the repeated work happens.

What’s one task your team keeps entering twice?

The screen isn’t the only place a phone can take a hit.

This close-up shows damage around a rear camera lens. When you contact us after a drop, mention any changes you’ve noticed—photos, sound, charging, or touch response.

The more clearly you can describe the problem, the better the starting point.

Send your model and what’s changed. Let’s take it from there.

Open your business website on your phone and pretend you’ve never heard of your company.

Can you quickly find:
• What you do?
• Where you work or whom you serve?
• How to contact you?

If you have to hunt, a new customer does too.

Wolf Pack Technology builds and redesigns websites. Send us your site and the one thing you wish it did better.

Before the parts list comes the question that matters: what do you need this computer to do?

Gaming after work? Editing video? Running the software your business uses every day?

A custom build should start with your workload, your priorities, and your budget.

Message the Pack with those three things. Let’s talk about a build that fits your day.

A closer look at the work behind a phone repair.

Once a device is opened, there’s a lot more to see than the outside suggests. These photos show a phone during repair work, with components exposed.

Have a device problem you’re unsure about? Tell us the model, what happened, and what it’s doing now.

We’ll talk through the next step.

“It’s doing that thing again.”

You can start the conversation exactly like that.

A frozen screen, a stubborn setup, an error message that means nothing to you—tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

The Pack can help you make sense of it.

Call 989-321-6811 when you’re ready to talk tech.

“My computer is slow” is a perfectly good place to start.

One detail that helps: when does it slow down?

• When it starts up
• When you open a particular app
• When you’re online
• Pretty much all the time

Make a note of the pattern and any error message. Those details give us a better starting point than guessing which part to replace.

Message us what you’re noticing.

That little stomach-drop moment when your phone lands face down.😱

If the screen comes up cracked, the next step is finding out what’s damaged and what your options are. We handle phone screen repairs, back glass, batteries, charging ports, and more.

Send us your phone model and a quick description of the problem. We’ll help you work out the next step.

Tech trouble is easier to deal with when you know who to call.

We’re Wolf Pack Technology: a veteran-owned team in Alpena helping people with phones, computers, and the technology their businesses depend on.

You don’t need to know the technical term. Tell us what’s happening. We’ll start there.

What’s one tech annoyance you’d love to stop dealing with?

📦 🐺 THE PACK JUST GOT A NEW GIG!

We’re excited to announce that Wolf Pack Technology is now an Amazon return drop-off location right here in Alpena!

And naturally, we had to give it a name…

Introducing: Wolf PackAzon 🐺📦

Amazon approved! 😊

🕙 Amazon Returns: Monday–Friday | 10 AM–4 PM

Starting an Amazon return? If Wolf Pack is listed as an available return location, you can select us and bring your return right to our office.

Quick heads-up: Amazon determines which return locations are available for each item, so not every Amazon return will qualify for drop-off at Wolf Pack. Just check your available locations when processing your return.

We’re excited to offer another convenient local option — and, admittedly, way too excited about finally having a reason to use the name Wolf PackAzon. 🐺

Spread the word! 📦
