The plan focuses on boosting academic performance, expanding career pathways, and enhancing community engagement. Terrence DeFranco, co-chair of the steering committee, described the strategic plan as “...clear, it’s concise and focused on the primary goal of education, but it also recognizes the uniqueness of our students,” he said. “It’s a living framework that will guide us as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.”
