Air quality across the Lehigh Valley has taken a hit, so if you're working outdoors today, take a few extra precautions.

• Stay hydrated.
• Take breaks in the shade or indoors when you can.
• If you're sensitive to smoke or have asthma or other breathing conditions, limit prolonged outdoor exposure if possible.
• Look out for your crew.

If you're out this way and need a few minutes to cool off, our A/C is on and we've got stools at the counter. Stop in, catch your breath, and cool down before heading back out.
