FYI for the very few users of the very old Android App, we have to put it to bed in an effort to streamline and prioritize development of new features. Please use https://m.wodtogether.com and bookmark or use "Add to Homescreen" on your phones to get a much better mobile experience. And we'll be able to make additions/improvements faster again!

I couldn't agree more with Ben. People think the programming is the secret sauce at their box, it's not. The coaching and the community are the keys to a successful box. The workouts are just another tool to spark your members texts and conversations with each other and those friendships are the glue that help keep people coming to your box.

CrossFit starts at the whiteboard. We couldn't imagine CrossFit without one and will never require you to get rid of it from your gym

My gym is hosting another golf tournament and auction to raise funds for Barbells for B***s. There is some really great stuff (tons of CrossFit related stuff) to bid on. The 2 workouts 15.1 and 15.1a are both up and available. Look for the mainsite icon when searching for the official version of the WODs. Let's not recreate the same workouts a bunch of different times. ;-) Good luck everyone, have a great 2015 Open!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Do you use the mobile site to check the WODs daily? We snuck a feature in last night to play around with: add comments to a daily discussion at the gym. Could be your reaction/game plan to the WOD, or talk about the results after you're done!

Our focus right now is on WODTogether 2.0, but we'll fit little things in here and there as we go, so keep your eyes peeled!
