Update 3/19/20226 Our upstream provider has suffered a broken fiber optic cable going to the top of Sandia Crest. Repair crews have located the problem about 1 mile from the top of the mountain and are working on a repair, However due to the rugged terrain it has been very challenging and time consuming. We have been assured crews will be onsite until all repairs are complete, but they have not given an official ETA for resolution.

In the meantime the Patriot team has come up with an alternate fix and have restore internet service to our network, so everyone's connection should be working now. However it may have reduced speeds occasionally until our primary circuit is. restored.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience while we work to restore our network to full service!

Today as of 11:40am Patriot Broadband is experiencing an Internet outage due to a broken fiber optic cable from our upstream provider.

The problem has been identified and we are currently waiting for the upstream provider technician to dispatch and repair the connection.

We will post future updates as we receive them.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, we are hoping for speedy resolution!

This install is in Edgewood. Only a couple miles from the tower, they definitely won’t have and problems getting the 25Mbps plan they choose. This customer called and told us how happy they are that they don’t have buffering any longer. 👍🏻
