Thursday Tastings: Adirondack views, barn vibes and b**r worth the drive. 🏔️

Meet Ausable Brewing Company, a farm-based nanobrewery in Keeseville, NY, set on 140 acres near the Adirondack High Peaks.

Picture a renovated 1880s barn, a sprawling b**r garden, mountain views and room to gather with friends. The setting alone makes this one worth adding to your list.

🍂 Oktoberfest — crisp, with a hearty malt backbone and a pretty unbeatable mountain backdrop.

🐌 Alpha Snail IPA — recently back in rotation. Consider this your reason to check it out.

🏆 Black Currant Brett — made with black currants grown right on the farm. It won gold in the Field B**r (Sour) category and was named Best New York Farm B**r at the 2026 NY State Craft B**r Competition.

We've got a few stops worth putting on the list for late summer and early-fall day trips.

🍏 Three Brothers W**eries and Estates — Four unique tasting experiences, each with its own vibe, all on one estate. W**e, b**r, hard c***r, craft sodas and a café: there’s something for everyone.

🍎 Critz Farms — Pick your own apples, visit the farm animals, check out the events, then grab a b**r or c***r. Basically, make a whole day of it.

🌾 Snowbird Farm & Cidery — A historic farmstead where you can picnic, sample c***r, browse the farm stand, and visit the animals. Come for the c***r, stay awhile.

🍐 Fallen From Grace Cidery — A newer c***ry with a focus on heirloom fruit and fermentation.
