It saddens us to report that Sunday one of our very own SET family members has left this earth. James Mcpike Jr. aka “Junebug”, finished his fight in the early morning of Sunday 9-19-21.

Junebug was a long time Construction Manager in our Houston, TX office and an integral part in what we did daily in that market. He worked hard under Sr. leadership there and always brought quick wit, a sense of humor, and common sense to all he did there on the Houston team. He was a friend to anyone that he could be, and he will surely be missed.

James Dudley McPike Jr. (Junebug) was born on May 3, 1967 in Sulphur Springs, Tx to James and Anita McPike. Jr passed away on September 19, 2021 in Huntsville, Tx. Jr was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to camp, fish, hunt, and go mudding among tons of other things. He never met a stranger, if you knew him, you knew you had a friend you could count on in any time of need. He loved his wife, Alisha more than anything. He was a loving Husband, Dad, and PawPaw. PawPaw was his favorite title, given to him by his bestfriend, Greyson. Jr is survived by his wife, Alisha McPike, his daughter, Shelby McPike and Michael Brandt and son, Greyson, and sons' Cody McPike, Artemis Jackson, Devin McPike and many other family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
