This is an OLDIE but a GOODIE!!! In 2015 ago Laila and I got to participate in a quilting project to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the march at Edmond Pettis Bridge in Selma, AL. We had an amazing time creating these quilt squares that became a part of a community quilt AND a part of Alabama history. The one quilt grew to become 10 quilts and ... GUESS WHAT the quilts are STILL on exhibition!

A portion of the quilt collection was on display at Hoover Public Library during January and February of 2020 and currently all ten of The March Quilts are on display at Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment in Huntsville, AL through June 12, 2020. Sounds like its time for a field trip.
