For 250 years, Americans have answered the call—defending our freedoms, serving their communities, and strengthening the ideals that unite us.

Today, we honor the warfighters, veterans, first responders, and military families whose service and sacrifice continue that legacy. At BGI, we are proud to support those who serve by helping prepare today's warfighter for tomorrow's mission.

From all of us at BGI, we wish you and your family a safe, happy, and meaningful Independence Day. Happy Fourth of July!

Back-to-Back State Champions.

Congratulations to the Aledo Bearcats Baseball program on capturing consecutive Texas UIL Class 5A Division I State Championships!

We're especially proud to celebrate Wilson Sehnem, son of BGI Program Director Tim Sehnem, who helped contribute to this remarkable achievement. Wilson recently graduated from Aledo High School and will continue his academic and athletic career at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, where he will play baseball while pursuing his goal of becoming an Air Force pilot.

Wilson’s dedication, teamwork, and pursuit of excellence reflect the values we strive to uphold across the BGI family.

Pictured are Wilson with his family celebrating the milestone: Linda Rondeau (grandmother), Tim and Kristin Sehnem, Dave Sehnem (grandfather), and cousins Taylor and Brady Kennedy.

Congratulations to Wilson, the Sehnem family, and the entire Aledo Bearcats community on an outstanding accomplishment!

Security Week is Here at BGI!

Security isn’t just a requirement—it’s part of our culture.

At BGI, protecting our people, information, and operations is essential to supporting the mission and strengthening our warfighters and allies. Strong security practices—from personnel security to cyber awareness and operational vigilance—help ensure we remain mission-ready and trusted partners.

Security isn’t limited to the workplace. The habits we practice every day—online and at home—also play an important role in protecting the information and systems we rely on.

We invite you to take a few minutes this week to review your personal security practices—update your passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, check your home network settings, and stay alert to suspicious messages or activity. Small steps can make a big difference.

✨ BGI Core Values in Action This Holiday Season ✨

The spirit of giving is alive and well at BGI, thanks to the volunteer efforts of our incredible employees. One shining example is Nancy Chilton, who serves on the board of Friends of Santa, an organization that has been supporting individuals and families in need throughout South Carolina since 1984.

Friends of Santa provides essential assistance including food, shelter, clothing, household appliances, utility bill support, and more. During the holiday season, the organization also adopts local families to ensure they experience the joy and warmth of the season.

BGI is proud to support this meaningful mission by donating our South Carolina office space as the official wrapping headquarters for this year’s efforts. Thanks to the dedication of so many volunteers, nearly 60 local families will be blessed this holiday season—an incredible testament to the power of community and compassion.

BGI is honored to play a small role in this holiday miracle and grateful to stand alongside those making such a meaningful difference.

At BGI, Thanksgiving holds special meaning. One of our favorite traditions comes from our CEO — the “go around the room gratitude” moment, where each person shares something they’re thankful for and something others may not know about them. It’s simple, but it never fails to spark connection, perspective, and appreciation.

This year, we’re reflecting on the two words that define the holiday: Thanks and Giving.

Living with thanks reminds us to pause and notice the good — our families, our opportunities, our health, our teammates, and the mission we’re privileged to support. Gratitude strengthens the culture that defines BGI.

Living with giving reflects the heart of who we are. Our team gives their time, experience, excellence, and energy in service to each other and to our warfighters. Giving builds trust, strengthens teams, and creates lasting impact.

Together, Thanks and Giving shape the kind of people — and the kind of company — we strive to be every day.

As we head into the holiday, we encourage everyone to share gratitude at home, with friends, and within your teams. Even a simple “thank you” can brighten a day and deepen connection.

We are grateful for our employees, partners, and the warfighters we serve. Thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to the mission.

From all of us at BGI, we wish you and your families a joyful, restful, and meaningful Thanksgiving.

Happy Thanksgiving from the BGI Team.

Veterans Day 2025
(from Phil Dismukes, CEO & Founder, BGI, LLC)

Every Veterans Day, I stop to reflect on the extraordinary people who make up BGI – and what it really means to serve. More than 80% of our team are veterans. Every branch, every background, every story. They are pilots, maintainers, operators, engineers, and a myriad of support roles who once defended our nation and now carry that same mission forward in a new form – by training, preparing, and strengthening those who serve today.

When you walk through BGI, you can feel it. The culture isn’t built on words; it’s built on service, sacrifice, and servant leadership. Our people don’t talk about what they’ve done; they show it in how they lead, how they teach, and how they take care of one another.

We recently welcomed the child of one of our teammates, a veteran, into the company. Watching that next generation step in with the same humility and drive as their parents reminds me what makes this place so special. The mission doesn’t stop when the uniform comes off; it just changes form.

At BGI, our work fuels national security. More importantly, it reflects the deep character of those who have already given so much for it. So today, to every veteran on our team and across the country, and to every family who stood behind them – thank you. You remind us that leadership starts with service, and service begins with love of country. BGI stands ready because you once stood watch.
