Are you sending the same update everywhere? Your team may already be tuning you out. 😳

Our latest Reworked + Korbyt survey data reveals a tough truth.

46% of employees ignore repetitive messages. 🚫

Blasting identical information across email, chat, and the intranet creates noise instead of alignment.

That’s why channel discipline matters. Strategic communication means knowing where a message belongs.

Here is how you can fix channel fatigue:
- Define a clear purpose for each channel
- Stop cross-posting identical updates
- Make every notification count

81% of employees say they can tell when a workplace message was written by AI. And most of them aren't happy about it. 😳

The problem isn't AI itself, it's how internal comms teams are using it: more messages, faster, and at scale.

And according to the 2026 Workplace Communication Survey (a joint research effort from Reworked and Korbyt), 44% of employees already feel overwhelmed, even among those who say the volume is "about right."

When AI gets used to generate more content faster, it doesn't solve the problem. It deepens it.

What employees actually want:
β†’ AI that summarizes long or complex messages (54%)
β†’ AI that reduces duplication across channels (42%)
β†’ AI that surfaces the most important updates first (40%)

92% of workers agree AI should primarily reduce information overload, not add to it.

The AI golden rule for internal communications? Reduce, don't produce. πŸ†

Read Reworked's latest feature to find out what 'invisible AI' looks like in practice, and why it's the only approach that preserves trust. πŸ‘‡

The real barrier isn't the absence of screens. It's the absence of a platform that can unify them, manage them, and turn them into something operationally useful. 🚧

Most warehouse leaders hear "digital signage" and think: new hardware, big budget, long rollout. But that assumption is exactly what's keeping operations stuck.

The truth? Most warehouses already have the screens, tablets, and monitors they need. Break rooms, supervisor stations, dock areas... the infrastructure is there. πŸ–₯️

What's missing is a smarter way to activate it.

In this latest blog, Travis Kemp, digs into why the real gap in modern warehouse operations isn't hardware, it's visibility. And how closing that gap doesn't require a capital project. It requires the right platform. πŸ”‘

It's Mental Health Awareness Month πŸ’™ A great reminder that taking care of yourself isn't a luxury. It's essential.

77% of workers have experienced burnout at their current job. Yet most organizations still treat it as a personal resilience problem, not a structural one.

What individuals can do: set boundaries, protect recovery time, speak up early.

What organizations must do: manage workload, build psychological safety, train managers to recognize the signs.

You can't pour from an empty cup. Be well. 🫢

What makes employees trust workplace communication?

πŸ“ŠOur new Reworked + Korbyt research shows it comes down to two things: who the message comes from and how clear and specific it is.

In fact, 73% say trust is influenced by the sender, and 59% by message clarity and specificity.

When communication is vague, generic, or disconnected from people’s work, trust drops. When it is clear, relevant, and comes from the right source, people pay attention

πŸ’‘A few simple ways to build more trust:
- Make important messages clear and specific
- Match the sender to the subject matter
- Focus updates on priorities, changes, and next steps

Your screens are running. But are they working?

72% of employees say workplace screens are their go-to channel for staying informed, yet most digital signage is stuck looping outdated decks.

The difference? Strategy.

When you align your screens with real business goals, the ROI follows:
βœ… Internal comms that cut through inbox noise
βœ… Wayfinding that reduces staff bottlenecks
βœ… Emergency alerts that reach everyone instantly
βœ… Dynamic promotions that update in real time
βœ… Live KPI dashboards that drive performance on the floor

We broke down 6 use cases that turn passive displays into active operational tools.
