Stephen has earned his MTCNA certification, bringing even more technical knowledge and problem-solving ability to his role.

One of his favorite things about IT is getting to solve complex puzzles for clients and turn a frustrating problem into a better experience.

As Stephen put it:
“I love getting to bring a little joy to clients out of what was originally a problem.”

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys rebuilding his gaming PC and spending time with his wife and four kids, whether they’re doing Bluey arts and crafts or building together in their Minecraft world.
