And then one day i receive a call from an unknown number and they went, we got your number from social media tiktok to be specific and we want to do business with you. We want 3acres in Kaaro Karungi at 300M and we are paying cash, what’s the procedure? I got excited and my mouth all open and dry i said we can schedule an appointment for inspections and they went like, no, we want to come now. It was at 4pm(we don’t do field past 4pm) and with a shaky weak voice i said we couldn’t and they said then no deal. Eyes teary i thought to myself, what if this is the sale of a lifetime??? I then immediately told them to please come to office (without any preparations in plan). I informed the field team who offered nothing but excuses of it’s past time, we can’t do field bla bla bla and angryily i said, “if you don’t want to take them give me the car i do this myself.”
They arrive and field guy definitely frustrated with a gloomy face says, let’s go.
Kaaro Karungi-Nyakisharara we reach, and they direct us on the spot they exactly wanted. And in there words they say, “this is it. We got exactly what we’ve been looking for.” I then breathe a sigh of relief first and say this is it, in my heart. Next question, how do we make payments? Field guy all excited and smiling, we accept all forms of payment, cash, bank, equity, housing finance, momo pay, we accept all forms of payment. At office we reach and by this time, it’s 7pm and this is where everything gets exciting.
Mans reach at office, and ask for agent banking. Me and field guy all excited, anticipating, seated thinking we’re going to close the big deal of the month we wait. Mans come back to office without bundles of money but words and these words still sound like yesterday in my ears. They go like now, “we had applied for a loan and they had approved and confirmed they are sending the money today, but we found nothing. We can keep waiting and when they send we will share the POP(Proof Of Payment) come for our title. We are talking about events that happened in 2023 till now. As we speak, we are still waiting for the POP Mans, we are still waiting😒. Just like that, field guy lammented until we lived past it, but otherwise, the Nyakisharara is still here.
