IT Network Administrator / External Operations
Network and Systems Management:
1. We Set up, maintain, and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations
2. We Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
3. We Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
4. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
5. We Diagnose hardware and software problems and replaced faulty components.
6. Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations.
Technical Support:
1. Provide first-line software and hardware support to users.
2. Maintain an accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
3. Keep a log of required repairs and maintenance.
4. Serve as the ICT point of contact for third parties, including ICT vendors for goods and services.
Policy and Planning:
1. Participate in reviewing, formulating, and implementing IT policies for the organization.
2. Identifying and prioritize IT needs for the organization.
3. Providing technical and operational advice, and coordinating the procurement and implementation of IT projects.
Training and Development:
1. Organizing and conducting ICT training for users
2. IT service management
3. Searching for opportunities and assigning tasks to the team.
General IT Operations:
1. Handling all IT-related issues that arise during the company’s operations
2. Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
3. Accomplish organizational goals by taking ownership of new and asacsdifferent requests and exploring opportunities to add value to our
role.
