Good Afternoon! Exciting news from our local data centre (Our Server Room): we've just revamped our Inverter Room! There's more work ahead, but it's a great beginning. Power stability is a big challenge in Uganda, often 1-3 outages daily. To combat this, CFTS has upgraded to a more robust power solution. Our key focus was ensuring uninterrupted operations while servicing or replacing inverters and providing at least two independent power sources for each inverter.

We've installed an Alpha Outback, SPC-Series-III-7200-48 at the top, and below, the reliable Outback VFX 3048E, which is so efficient that it eliminates the need for a UPS. Our system also includes a 4000watt+ Solar Array, operating at 90-280vdc, paired with a 22.4Kwh battery bank.

Looking ahead, we plan to transition to a LiPO4 96 kWh or similar battery storage technology and, eventually, to liquid vanadium or similar storage cells. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey toward reliable and sustainable energy solutions!

This is a bit off the wall here: We have a rather good server (128GB/24TB SAS12G/Dual 10 core Xeon) estimated Value $6-10 grand. depending on options.

wish to exchange for the following:
1) Teach welding (Stick and Tig) to a reasonable level
2) Welder and Welding Kit (AC/DC) dual mode preferably.
3) Supplies of Weld Mesh, tubing etc. (can be negotiated)
This server has become available due to a recent upgrade, comes with one year parts and labour warranty.
